Kokos till formen ca 3 msk smörj med kokosolja</div>

1. Ugnen på 175 grader <br />
2. smörj formen med kokosolja strö med kokos<br />
3. Blanda torra ingredienserna i en skål. Mixa dadlar och honung till en jämn smet i en matberedare. Tillsätt ägg och fortsätt Mixa. <br />
Smält kokosoljan. Tillsätt de torra i smeten blanda, sen i med oljan. Blanda väl och häll sedan upp smeten i formen. Grädda mitt i ugnen i ca 8-10 min den ska vara kladdig när du tar ut den. Låt svalna 10 min sen in i kylen minst 1 timme. Servera med grädde och valfri frukt eller kvarg eller glass.</div>
